Biography
I had always wanted to play guitar, from the time I was 6 years old. At 7, I got a cheap guitar for Christmas, and waited for 2 months for my Roy Clark guitar book to come in on order. I'm a lefty, my guitar was a righty. It was unplayable, I didn't have a tuner, and I didn't understand what I was reading. At 27, I heard the Clapton Unplugged CD, and made up my mind that I wanted to play. My wife purchased an acoustic for me, on our first Christmas together (14 years ago), and I have devoured guitar since. I'm a fool for blues, but I love music of all sorts. I play at church, and I truly love it. I just started recording a week ago, and I didn't know that this phenomenal site even existed......boy have I been missing out!
Instruments
I play an 01 Fender Strat MIM (Rita), that I can't seem to put down. I have a couple of acoustics as well. I try to beat on a set of Sonor drums, and I play Hohner Special 20s, Blues Harps, and Marine Bands.
