I PROGRAM LOOPS IN MANY OF MY UPLOADS. I HAVE BOUGHT THE LOOPS AND ONLY I HAVE A LICENSE TO SELL ANY SONG THAT I USED LOOPS IN. THEY WILL BE FLAGGED BY YOUTUBE AND OTHERS IF YOU POST THEM. AND SINCE YOU POSTED THEM, YOU WOULD HAVE TO PRODUCE A LICENSE TO PROVE YOU BOUGHT THE LOOPS. DON'T ASK ME TO APPROVE A SONG TO SELL OR EVEN POST TO YOUTUBE OR TO ANOTHER SITE (EXCEPT WIKILOOPS) THAT I USED LOOPS IN. UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE OF THE LEGAL STUFF, I WILL HAVE TO SAY 'NO'. Posting them to REVERVNATION, FACEBOOK, and a couple other sites similar to Wikiloops is fine. They have no problem with them unless you try to sell them. I will never sell any of my music. I'm not in this for the money. I just love to play and record. That's worth more than a million dollars to me.
I play guitar, bass and sing. Any other instrument I program using loops. I had to sell all my guitars and gear and I quit playing guitar in 1990 due to a divorce and getting custody of my 3 young sons. No time for anything but them. In 2009 my son gave me a Les Paul and I was hooked again. Even though I had forgotten 2/3 of the chords and solo patterns that I use to use, I began to learn how to play guitar again.
I can't read or write music, or tell you what tempo or meter it is. I can't listen to a song and tell you the chords that were used. I've never had a lesson in my life. Completely self taught...I just go with what I feel. I use to tell people that I wished I could play the music I hear in my head. Now that I can program, I can get some of that music I hear in my head recorded.
My biggest influence, in the way I write songs, was Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield. I thought the way he took a simple rhythm and continuously added more instruments as the song went along was genius. It's a style I use quite a bit.
Slow blues and Progressive rock...yeah they are my favorites.
Eric Clapton, early Neil Young, Cream, Mountain with Felix Pappalardi, Robin Trower, early Mike Oldfield, Katsumi Yoshihara, Bad Company, Allman Brother's Band, Derek & the Dominoes, Cry of Love, Chicago with Terry Kath, Artie White, Beatles, Joe Cocker, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Kansas, Led Zeppelin, Freddie King, Joe Walsh, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, CSN&Y, Duane Allman, Derek Trucks.
My favorite band is Dream Theater.
A song is never finished until you do a guitar solo...or two.
A BIG thank you to ALL the musicians on wikiloops for your awesome and endless music. It's like Christmas all year long !!
Keep it coming !!

Electronic tracks are made with Audacity & about 130 GB of loops. I use MAGIX video & sound editor to get rid of 'clicks' and 'hiss'. I use BOSE QC-25 headphones...the best I've ever heard. I run everything through a Sansui 9090DB stereo receiver & JBL 4312 studio monitor speakers.
