Biography
An Egyptian/Filipino Rapper was born "Omar Boflot", His journey began in Ghana 1995 with the "Patty Riddaz" band, A unique band that comprised of 3 members and have performed on a weekly show in Ghana called "Fun World" and was aired on Ghana TV.
Destiny had a different turn for Boflot as he moved to Egypt in 1998, where he met "Yassin Zahran", an Egyptian rapper with Algerian roots that pursued the rap game in French, A friendly bond was established immediately as common interests sparked between them.
In 2001, they would make that big leap and decided to introduce the very first footprint in "Arabic Rap", "Y-Crew" then was born.
The evolution that Boflot have foreseen as a career started to bloom quickly, the audience started gathering up more and more by the day, Boflot's musical lyrics are based on "what we feel!" he said. He tries to address issues on behalf of everyone within the Arab world.
"Fortis Fortuna Adiuvat/Fortune favors the bold", Boflot wins MTV HipHopna that was hosted by Fredwreck and Qusai and carved his name into Arab Rap history.
Boflot currently is a renowned producer and working on his beat making career from home since the pandemic, nevertheless, he's in the rap game more than before collaborating with different artists from the middle-east and International to bring back the glory days once again.
