Art19 +Drums
Another mixing experiment (and getting yet more funkiness out of my system!), this time trying some multi-band compression on the overall kit. As per #43042, I'm using my recently-restored Premier XPK 14x5 wood snare drum. I'm kinda liking it. It'll never beat my Ludwig snare but it's much better than I thought it would be.
I love Art's templates. In fact, the very first jam I added to was one of his. As per the others today, I just hit record ...

Thanks! My hi-hat sound is 90% overheads, the mic doesn't seem to add much! They're 13" Zildjian K/Z hats. Love them as they're so expressive. I traded my 14" Zildjian New Beats for them!
