I heard this for the first time tonight and was blown away. Fanne did and awesome job. I hope she does not mind, but it brought back memories of playing in church for me, so I hopped in. Not that she needed it, but I did. Hd file is just me for mixing or whatever.

Don_T I didn't say I don't go to church little cowpoke.. its just that I don't play in church anymore. I used to play for a guy named Dewayne Scruggs. He and I became best of friends and that guy sounded just like Sam Cooke. He passed away a little over 11 years ago, and I have not backed up anyone on a gospel song since.. well, until I heard Fanne sing this song. She had the same kind of drive and vocal expression he would use, so just couldn't pass it up. +1

Don_T believe me little cowpoke, this is very mild compared to how we got sometimes lol. As I pushed on the guitar he would push his vocals until the whole church was standing up during the performance.. dang I miss that dude. But no worries, still have several hundred gospel songs I have written over the years :) +1
