The Wah clav/epiano all along is taking too much space for me, Maybe sometimes you could switch with a more "classic" rhodes (or lower level with sustained chords background then the wah could enhance some parts. But for sure the groove is on !
And... I know some people who would love jamming on this on a "without bass" track ;) +1

When I listen to AKchen's song, that's fine, maybe it was a guitar player's advice :) (always a hell to find tone and licks matching with a cabinet!!)
