Had to try something on this lovely track from Oli. When I was a boy I used to listen to my dad, granddad and uncle jam on this genre for hours. Good memories. Thanks Oli Thanks for listening.

FrankieJ Almost every weekend was filled with that music style at home. 3 guitar players, sometimes spoons, accordion and singers.
thanks Wade :)

Wade It's no wonder with a musical background like that, that music seems to just naturally flow through you. +1

abuitremorem This is fantastic. You must have had a great musical youth. With me, they only told me how artistic my father's family was. I saw nothing of it. My father told me I could not sing. That's why I'm not singing. But he had to suffer under my guitar resp. For him I had combined the wildest tones :):D +1

FrankieJ I think everyone in my family play or sing Rene. Mostly jazz, bluegrass and country genre's.
thanks Rene :)

FrankieJ It never too late to try Rene if you desire to sing.
I sing years ago and people say I did ok.
I just never felt comfortable singing.
Now too many years go by combined with too many cigarettes :)

abuitremorem Thanks Franky. I do not think I really want to sing, in the classical sense :)
Can be that I make an experiment once. : D Someone of your ancestor had created a valuable foundation for you and the generations to come, and the later ones followed him. I admire this. I did not succeed. One of my daughters has learned the Basler drumming, the other Piccolo (with me it was an instrument, with which I played after notes). These instruments play about 8000 Basler. None of them plays more.
