GlezBass Thanks Dan. I have tried to be supporting the low notes keeping in the center of attention the voice and the piano of Patrick, the true protagonist of the jam, a precious song +0

GlezBass if you review the electronic of your fretless and apply some soft effect will get better sound than this even he he, here only can not get the fifth string (final note for example), otherwise your bass is wonderful :D +1

nadrek Yeah I'm going to try the plugins OliVBee mentioned, and Audacity that you recommended. I should be able to tidy it up a bit. +1

GlezBass I use the Audacity noise reduction tool frequently, it is programmable to modulate its effect and it reduces enough undesirable sounds, the sliding of the fingers by the rope is already more complicated to eliminate because it reduces a lot of the general tone, I recommend the use of strings flatwound on your bass when you make the change of strings and you will see the change of sound, besides it protects the friction of the rope on the fretboard. Jaco used roundwound strings in his sound so the fretless purists can comment on this ... is to try and decide the sound, I have used both options and I have decided flatwounds +1
