About thirty years ago I my grandfather gave me a veritable Paolo Maggini violin to which I didn't understand, at the age of six, the value or the sentimental meaning...that's why I gave up violin after only 3 years...These days I am trying to remember and catch up from where I was 30 years ago...So this is one of the many compositions of this grand virtuoso of the piano, Liesching...and my humble violin

30 years is a pretty long time. I found my way back to piano after almost 20 years and it took a while! Take your time. I'd love to hear your playing on another piano track. Best. Marc

Yeah, long time no touching a violin, I remember being in the primary school and studying less than 4 years the violin, I was surprised about how quickly i started now to touch the notes but I think it's mostly because I was in touch with my piano and guitar... Your piano sounds amazing, actually i can say, after listening your stuff here, that you are a grate composer, quite difficult :D,... really, I have a degree in music and even so, listening your music, I need to think hard about your harmonics and dissonants chords you used...

Thanks Lumy, I work als a Professor for media theories and do some research in on emotionalizing via music. Our guess is that it's mostly about evoking expectations but to suprise by going beyond these. I try to do so in my comps in lots of unusual variations of themes which seemed to be simple in the first place.
