Such a beautiful funky and evocative track from StJray. Thanks for providing some fun. Sopranino and a bit of "the box".

Exotic and refined phrasing always so careful to the melodic component! You give great breath and oxygen to this track!+1

Wade So kind of you Stef. The track certainly didn't need me. Very indulgent, but I certainly enjoyed. +2

Your sax soars and so complimentary to Rays magic, it’s such a good choice πŸ‘ŒπŸŽ·β€οΈ+1

Awesome my friend, I recorded bass to this track as well, but to be honest your add is way better, you nailed it, great melodic stuff just in the right places, awesome work+1

Wade Too kind. We just both have good taste in our choices of music to add to. I still love your interpretation, but just needed it to be simple and light for my add. +1

Wade Thanks Frenzie. The box giving the 5th up is a nice gimmick if not overused. +1

frenzie Is that a common lick on the sax? +1

Wade Few sax players use any type of "modification". Most just play "standards" and try to sound like some jazz star from the 1950s and 60s. I'm happy to play the sax as just another instrument with a full range of potential rather than music from one era and style. Anything goes! +1

ROBJOL
Like Ravel's Bolero in the beginning.
Also oriental feel. Just the belly dancers missing. I love belly dancers.
Very nice song.

Wade Glad you like this one. Very playful for me. The high pitch sax seems to often bring out an oriental flavor...or maybe it's just the way I play it? +0

ROBJOL It is both. +1

Why do track IDs matter?

Without knowing a track's correct ID you can't share it or you might upload your remix into the wrong place.
And that can be embarassing.
Make sure you get the download you want.
