Commander, I had actually been sitting on those lyrics for about 25 years. Had them sitting in an old note book all these years. Kells was gracious to sing them for me....

I don't write nearly as much as I used back when I was younger...although I did put together some quick lyrics a few weeks ago for a parody of CatScratch Fever called Coronavirus Fever. I found a nice backing track of the drums and bass and I added the guitar parts and tried to sing it. I put it on my youtube channel...Its far less often these days that my mind has time for lyrics to find space to come out of

Yep, I know what you mean. Crafting good lyrics follows the 10%inspiration / 90%perspiration ratio. and that takes time and effort. What's the name of the channel - I'll check out the parody.
