All As One
Splendid track, as always, from Oli and Marc. Had a few listens through as initially I couldn't quite get the feel before settling on swung 16ths. Tried to keep it sparse and feelsome and, yes, I did crack open a can of Jeff on some bits. Just needed those ghosts to pep it up a tad.
Used my mallets on the opening and closing cymbal washes to reduce the harshness and attack that sticks would give.
I also used Oli's mix from ...

oh oh, that is supercool! You build it up in style and brought more and more tension and dynamics to the track as it gets further in the track......

Thank you, Marc. It was a total pleasure playing with you two again. I’m hoping to get back some refinement in my playing again and this track was great for focusing some discipline on.
I never tire of joining you guys. +1

Thank you, Oli. I’m determined to make amends for my absence over the last few months. I’ve played so little recently so I need the kind of challenges your tracks always bring.

Feel totally free to embrace as many challenge as you need my friend ;) I can definitely hear the Jeff side of you in this one ! His swung 16th on kick with only one pedal are still mind boggling to me and i'm affraid they'll remain a wonderful mistery ...
