Brushing the Purple Clouds
There are a lot of great versions already uploaded so I chose this one to add the drumkit using only brushes trying to keep it as light as possible. Love this jam! I am thinking to come back to another mix that has horns and create a version using sticks.

DanDiplo Sounds great! Very authentic jazz drum sound with the brushes giving it that feel. Sounds pretty much perfect to me!+2

Baerenkind Great sound and great play, I already played on this piece was one of my first recordings. Back then I didn't have a mixer and had little idea, so it sounds like that.
I think I have to unpack the brushes again .....+2

Cnewbold Yes, you should get out the brushes. I would like to learn better technique using them for sure. +2

Docjazz Just joined an hour ago and as a jazz pianist loved playing along to this - ok so I'm caught hook, line and sinker! Thanks for posting this. Now I just have to find out how to create and send a version.+1
