Thanks, Dick. For the kick sound, I'm using the 'Bass drum' preset on Waves VEQ3 followed by the 'Fat Kick' preset on Waves Vitamin!

Thank you Wade! It was tough - so tempting to get all fancy and intricate but it just didn't work for me.
Alex's precision in his playing is astounding and makes it very hard to keep up with. Looking at his stem in Reaper, he's just on-the-money time-wise. No room for error. +2
