flavien13 not as such, i meditate when i'm watering the garden, stuff like that. i should make more time for it, to do it properly. i have a spiritually-oriented gift shop, you'd think I would. :) +0

Andri I practice it seasonally, but I think that meditating as you say, can be done at any time when watering the garden, playing the guitar or just walking around. I really like oriental things. I've been to Asia a couple of times. 🙏🏾 +0
