José and I talked about sauerkraut and José used the taste wheel, the description form so for music doesn't seem to exist. I tried to emulate the process emotionally. The pleasure of cutting and kneading the cabbage. Waiting for fermentation, poking around in the pot ... Sauerkraut is an old form of food preservation and, above all, a source of vitamins in winter. There are many different forms in different countries.

abuitremorem Thank you very much, Tu. Thanks to my son-in-law and my wife, I discovered that you can make sauerkraut yourself. I love it young, around 4-5 days old and as a "salad". I don't know how you sell sauerkraut. In Switzerland: in plastic bags with lots of preservatives. I used to think that was good.<3:D +1

I like the fermentation metaphor for music - it takes time and different flavours to meld together to make something tasty. Another cool excursion into the unusual! +2

abuitremorem Thank you Dan. There is a wheel of taste for describing culinary delights. We used that here. For the description of music I did not find anything similar :) +0

Amazing, René, like always! And let me tell you a mystery: I am German and I don'r like Sauerkraut :( .. But maybe I just have to taste it in comletely different manner: curious, waiting for surprises, going with the taste to be fooled then and it all goes a complete different direction.. Exciting? .. No no .. I described your music .. and maybe good whiskey .. not Sauerkraut :) :) +2

abuitremorem Thank you Patrik - but you also described sauerkraut well. Not what you know, but the other. There are very different preparations, and depending on the recipe, it becomes a hit. But you're right, the description could also apply to whiskey.:D +1

Think of sauerkraut, think of this template

I have my (non-authentic, but nevertheless tasty) version of Kimchee maturing in the fridge

Bon Appetite
