I don't know how you sell sauerkraut. In Switzerland: in plastic bags with lots of preservatives. I used to think that was good.<3:D +1

But maybe I just have to taste it in comletely different manner: curious, waiting for surprises, going with the taste to be fooled then and it all goes a complete different direction.. Exciting? ..
