The 18907 track had so much positive energy I just had to improvise with myself to try to build on that positive energy. Brings back many memories of late night jazz jams after a society gig to share the joy of pushing the improvising limits with other like minded musicians that we couldn't during the gig. I listened closely many times to the 18907 track and it is superb, in my opinion, because the guitar and bass really paid attention to the drum 7/4 template which is very creative in exploring all the rhythm possibilities.

Wolffy_auWolffy_au Yeah, amazing how a different bass line brings out completely different emotions! Love it!

Thanks! In early 70's I took my sister to see "Ten Years After" in Central Park, NY City. I was blown away by Alvin Lee's guitar runs, just as good as the major jazz guitarists I listened to. The Kinks were good but I favor rock and jazz guitar players that really can improvise but I also admire great and unique melodies and the Beatles were the first rock group I thought were the first masters at this.
