DirkL That's fantastic, I never thought i'd hear a nice little jam like this on this bass. I guess I forgot about it. This is a really nice surprise, you've certainly "dignified it with a response" lol Great feeling like we're loungin' heavy next to the Santa Monica pier+4

rootshell fun bass line for sure. it had sorta an old motown feel at parts for me, but then a Hawaiian feel too lol...maybe it's just me, but fun ride for sure :D +2

DirkL Hey, i've been listening to this a lot today in both drummer versions, I can't get over how you brought this to life. I left that bass there to die a lonely death as a corny uninspiring track, but you gave it context and brought it to life. With the drums, the track is amazing, and actually makes the bass sound purposeful. Great job Nick, it inspires me to make more bass only tracks. +2

rootshell I was thinking about bass-only tracks, then perused your archives when this came about :) there's some really cool elements in that bass template, I think that's what pulled me in :D +1

Wade Santa Monica? Half way between Motown and Hawaii! I was born a few blocks away from the Santa Monica pier. +1
