Sometimes amps, sometimes a plugin and other times tube preamps from my rack. That was a Rocktron Valvesonic Plexi preamp. I have a lot of vintage amps I should be using but that's a lot of work, ha..ha! Your clip is dripping with 5E3 tone. Was it the real deal or digital? +2

frenzie Wow Great gotta love the plexi tone, y amp it is semi real deal, a 5e3 clone, Frenzel amps, i recently discovered the trick to lower my output volume in the fx loop, using a eq pedal set flat but put the input and output all the way down, so I could turn up the amp up and still have bedroom level. Which works great! :):) cool you can hear the 5e3 tone. +1

Riffraff Very cool. The 5E3 is one of my bucket list amps. I might try putting one together myself when I get some time. I've got all of the ingredients for one in my parts stash. That and an old Bogen with all I need to convert it into a 5F6-A. :W +1
