My absolute favorite thing to do is play with unaccompanied bass. Bvveen's playful template is perfect! Maximum joy in being able to twist and skip around his Jazz/Triphop feel.
You're welcome to join in...but only if you're playful and OK with my (mostly) hogging the scene.

This is fantastic! The combination of the two instruments is extraordinary! And then there is your distinctive sound!

So good of you to give a listen. Thanks Peter. I just love that big space between the bass and the sax.

Great sound Wade. Monsieur Velor struck again. I expected to see the pink panther appear ... A flavor of Henry Mancini :)

I guess I can't get away from it. If that's what you hear, then it must be the way it is! Could be much worse if people said I sounded like Kenny G!

Smooth as silk and you never lose the beat!!! Not easy to play without that steady beat!!!! Almost makes me forget your cool improv melodies!!!! Excellent, Wade!!!!

Thanks Dan. Guess I'm weird...I listen mostly to bass even in ensembles for the beat and the chords. As long as the bass has got it right...
