This lyric was first written in 1983 and made it to a demo tape with a band I was singing with at the time, name of Knight. Modelled on Skynyrd’s Freebird, end of the affair and moving forward trope. Copied and pasted sections for arrangement, got a 32 bar break in the middle for guitar/sax/keys adds. Couldn’t quite get the vocal sound right, free free to remix. Hope everyone likes!!
