I feel your pain brother, (been having my own multiple injury issues this summer) ... but you'll come around. Great blues play Nick!!! :O:W Bob Marley said you feel no pain when the music hits you ... I think that's true to an extent.. hehe. :D:D

For me .. it came in threes ... stiff neck that took a week .. then hip/low back injury which is really part of an old injury which goes back for about 40 years and now rib injury (from playing hockey with my dog) LOL shooting the ball for him and somehow managing to drive my thumb into my rib cage tearing some fascia between the ribs .. slow to heal and painful!! Between my back and rib injury, couldn't even turn over in bed ... intense for a bit haha:O:D Wife said yesterday, I need an injury blog for this summer ..it's getting ridiculous. I just up my herbal drugs and I'm a great believer in turmeric/curcumin to get rid of the inflammation. That's my story .. :O:D That said, you'll come along .. I read a book about low back pain years ago by a back surgeon ... he said most of the time it's not as serious as it feels, even if you can only crawl on the floor (guess that's a good thing) and I've been there at times.

wow Ernie, i sure do hope you are feeling better amigo. hey, turmeric helps for sure. i'll do breakfast turmeric potatoes and sometimes "golden milk" at night (turmeric drink), they definitely help with inflammation. and then of course, a little herbal remedy to help relax me and help me sleep :) mine is an old injury as well, herniated disc from many years ago. cheers to growing old?!?! :D take care amigo!!
