Hi Wade, thank you for your positive feedback. Indeed, it was a bit difficult to find a balanced way without using a click track, because the exact count time/bar is not always easy to hear. How should I understand that the voice is lost? Are the drums in your opinion overall too loud overall or are you thinking more of a remix or a re-recording?

No your drumming is fine. Just a problem when there are many adds to a track. some of the earlier ones become "blurred" with less volume and definition. When a track is really good (like this one) then it's worthwhile doing a "remix". You take everyone's separate tracks and mix them in one shot. That way there is clarity and you give it the balance that sounds right.
