Bradford This was done with a YRG (You Rock Guitar)

Also have a JamStik midi mini guitar.

They're both a bit toy-like but they make midi and I can work a DAW.

I myself did something similar to the video converting a Telecaster into an acoustic guitar using a piezo in the bridge, here is the process if you want to see it ;)
You should play the guitar more!!!
