Such a great template from Dan that gives a solid feel while leaving the rest up to us to be imaginative with. The regular rhythm just seemed to invite as counter or poly-rhythm as well as trying to be melodic. Hope it didn't get too "samey".
My last post for a while as I'm gong to be mostly out of touch for a couple months. Be good to each other!

Yes , samey , but not in a boring way , similar feel to Ravel’s Bolero , sinuously hypnotic and dreamy, beautifully played Wade and a dreamy piece to leave us with until your return. Take care my friend :W

Maybe the woman in your painting? I'm going to bed soon to wake up too early, but then wind up on the bottom of another continent in a place I've never been. Not quite as dreamy as your fine description, but it will have to do. Thanks Rick.

Sorry about the late answer...now back. Was in Australia in the "Otways" then Indonesia. Going back overseas in a short while though. More work and a little "playtime" in a festival that I couldn't play for the last two years.
