Spent a fair chunk of today going back to the drawing board with my mic setup on the kit. Determined to improve matters, mostly because I want to switch to my Mac for recording which has far more limited plugins beyond those provided with Studio One. So this is me doing something useful whilst also trying to test out a new mic setup. Main changes are a bottom snare mic plus a stereo ambient mic across the room from the kit. ...
