What is it about those odd and (somewhat?) dissonant bass lines that always gets my attention. Have you ever tried de-tuning a half tone on your bottom string? I heard this once by an amateur who I guess couldn't hear he was out of tune, but the effect was mesmerizing.

haha that's funny .. I've probably played a few tracks out of tune .. sometimes I just go about crazy and play whatever I feel .. I think there is something mesmerizing about that :D:O:D
