Dorothy - as far as loudness , whatever daw you use , there is a free loudness plugin called Youlean Loudness meter. For YouTube , Spotify , wikiloops, band camp , pretty much 14 LUFS is always standard loudness. It sounds great on my car stereo and I didn’t have to change the volume after just listening to Spotify.
You can get youlean here . It’s highly rated and the free version is all you need. 14 LUFS is industry standard for loudness . Simply add to your Daws main effects at very end and adjust your volume until youlean says it’s 14 LUFS. You won’t ever have to guess if it’s loud enough again.
