You've been busy, haven't you? If I may suggest something, as a fellow guitarist: Try to find tracks with vocals where you can add your guitar in between the vocals and other instruments. The fact is, other than us guitarists not many people have the patient to listen to 4 minutes of non stop guitar solos, that's just a fact of life - tell me about it :D :D

I am also in a local band playing covers... the guitar is a supporter....drums and bass do the groove, guitar rhythm and some lead and the singer the melody.... and sometimes I break out haha +1
