I often ask myself why it is like this and realize that I can't change anything. Someone gave me the following tip years ago: There is a simple answer to the question why: namely "because of that", and the more often you say it to yourself, the more it becomes clear......

es ist wie es ist. Klingt so einfach, doch dahinter verbirgt sich eine Welt des Haderns, des "sich ständig in Frage" stellens, des Zweifells so wie des Verzweifeln....
