I recently watched the Australian movie "Long Walk Home", which is based on a true story from 1931 in Australia. With the so-called "General Child Welfare Law", the government had decided to take children who came from relationships between whites and Aborigines away from their families in order to make them obedient domestic servants for white families. A disturbing and disgusting practice that actually continued until 1976!!! Unbelievable!!! This government actually had racial ideas similar to the Nazis.
I had heard of it before, but I didn't know the full extent of it. In the movie, two sisters and their cousin are forcibly taken from their family and taken 1000miles away. After a short time, they fled the re-education camp to get home. The escape takes 9 weeks, during which the sisters' cousin is picked up and taken away by the police, who pursue the three of them like serious criminals. However, the two sisters make it home and cause the first nationwide scandal. All the more sickening is the fact that this went on for another 46 years. +2

Also heard about Australia being an actual prison, when Sidney was rising. I have no negative thoughts attached to the Land. But human behaviour has patterns that appeared to reoccure, everywhere. Thanks for sharing and bringing it up. Music is one good place to fight for eachother

Yes, I agree with you. And basically Australia started out as a huge penal colony. And unfortunately human behavior is very often, too often, irrational. Seducers know this and people fall for the same old tricks over and over again.

It should actually be overcome by next generations, if we have the will to lead them. I'm honest, I have no intention to do so, but leaving everyone behind after reaching your own skills and knowledge, and just lay back, is not an option.
Musically, these things really focus the effort. I appreciate that. Of course I don't know your your musical intentions, it's what I relate with. Can't do anything without personal intent +1

Well, it would be nice if it were like that. I mean overcoming it. But I just don't believe in it. But maybe I'm just a pessimist. On the other hand, I've spent the last five decades hoping that wars would finally stop, at least that much. In vain!
Musically, I ALWAYS try to put my finger on the wound that I see at the time. Without that, I would go crazy. +1

It does an immense job. Young brutal music is on the edge with society. And about new generations - I saw 7 year old children tapping into the language and energy of adults, I was blown away by private examples and examples in documentaries. It was said that many new children are starchilds?... Something like that. I met dumb children like I was, but have overall feeling that I don't even notice all the new ones that come with an insane purity but with strength, I encounter them daily but I myself am so much on the edge with mental life, I don't really get in touch with them.
It's not about riots. Is about integrity. I saw that. That's really interesting.
Thanks for the chat mate +1

Yes , every country has had darker times. The trick would be to learn from it. But sadly, I think that would be asking too much. +0

Kompliment!!!<3

Thank you very much Wade! I've tried to capture the mood, from the time when everything was still “normal”. About the trauma of the abduction, the disgusting re-education camp, the escape and the return home.

Was für ein cooles ding mann. Ist mir schon früher aufgefallen. Sorry for the native tongue
What a nice thing, i noticed your unique template style before, long ago, I'm really into it. Beside the story that made the jam happen, it's a journey itself. Very nice telling +1

Das ja blöd wird gar nicht angezeigt im newsfeed. Musste manuell auf antworten überprüfen
Lol. Ich dachte erst das ist französisch was du schreibst. War auch schon am antworten
Is immer bisschen blöd wenn man nicht weiß was leute schreiben.
Yo +1
