Sounding good and obviously your hands work well in the cold! Be glad you're not playing any kind of metal monster (like a sax). They take the cold and channel it in to your fingers.

Yeah touching metal and the cold .. nasty! That's why you live in warm places . smart!! :D I did have a kramer bass years ago with an aluminum neck, nightmare at a gig in January .. still wasn't warm after a full set. Traded it in for a fender immediately. thanks Wade! :D
