A delicious track from ARNOSOLO and Ernie. Light and tasty Latin that reminds me of delicious Portuguese snails. Best lunch ever with a cold beer. Alto sax added to this lovely track.

Wow, what a treat! Your sax sounds awesome here .. so good Wade. Glad you joined! :D:W
Love to try those snails, really enjoyed the food when we went to Portugal but never tried that.

Very tasty morsels that go down well between lunch and supper (they eat supper very late!). Oh, and glad you like the add! Once again following you!

I'm sorry I missed him. Maybe sometime he will hear my humble offering to his fine track. Thanks Tu!

Always a pleasure to listen to you Wade. Your playing makes me come to rest, then I'm all in the moment and just enjoy. Thank you for that!

What a great compliment! If we can be in the moment with a recorded track then it's communicating! Thanks so much Franky!

there's an underlying swagger to this track that i really like, gives me a semi-stank-face when listening to it :W a total delight with your playing Wade <3 although i've never tried snails :o

The snails are great. Maybe think of very small abalone? They are tiny and eaten with a toothpick. Glad you like the "attitude"... a swaggering snail?

Your Great sax slithers effortlessly but unfortunately the backing track sounds like the tape on the tape recorder is slipping (dates me a bit). Consider a reload of Ernie's track. :)

Unfortunately not possible to fix. Recorded and mixed as MP3, so no separate sax track to mix again. Very basic recording and editing with Audacity. My recordings are all jams, so not polished... just "in the moment impressions". I hate editing so spending more time doing that instead of playing is totally avoided! Very sorry to disappoint... Hopefully you were able to "listen through" and liked the music (although not the fidelity... Ha!)

That makes your tracks all the more remarkable! ! There are so many handy shortcuts using a more complete DAW and the joy of learning it as part of the process…. Yes, a matter of personal preference, but since you have such wonderfully critical auditory faculty and pointed to a subtle flaw with my early EWI track (too much Lagato), you would be using something more sophisticated. Not much about me that's "sophisticated". I grow fruit trees, vegetables and timber trees. I'm old, so don't take to technical challenges like trying to learn difficult editing programs. Music needs to be cathartic and fun for me. If possible, I'd have someone else do the editing. I can hear what sounds good, yet wince at what it would take to devote the time necessary for that to happen.

Sure, whatever gets you through the day. We are the same age, just a different feeling about the process—the fun includes the editing for me—not any longer time once you know…..

It's matter of scale and a lack of time. 10 to 12 hour days right now in our harvest. I get up at 5AM so that I can listen to what everybody's doing here. 150 Fig trees now harvesting, packing, processing etc. 75 acres (approx.) of forestry harvesting and milling with a portable sawmill. Many forestry trial sites (other's land and my own) that I monitor. Papers to publish (one I'm writing now). Busier now than I was 10 years ago. Fortunately my health/strength still allows this. I only need 7 hours sleep... which helps! Coffee and garden fresh vegetables keep me going! I'm not your typical 78 year old with plenty of time.

OK, guilty as charged—I’m a retired 79–with time to spare. However I am likely to be strangled for not mentioning the rampant 50-year-old Concord grape vine on trellis that covers two sides of the house.
Still plenty busy days including letting the cat out at 5am. +0
