have you ever tried sound cancelling headphones i use to have one that was NASCAR grade i used it for when me and my friend played drums
cuz they press nicely against your ears it allows you to hear so much better +1

I haven't tried it, but I don't think they would help now. My other ear still can't hear sounds below 500 hertz.

they have so many advances in hearing its unreal i seen videos babies never had hearing hear for the first time maybe this is a minor setback hang in there man

Warbird, I have to play simply. Complicated always sounds bad when I try too hard. I just have to be patient, I'll get faster when I practice every day.

i watched a video about Lars Ulrich drummer for Metallica that he has really bad hearing don't know what he does to be able to play but you defiantly have that Jason Newsted sound going on here

you know bass players never have to go to fast leave that to the guitars bass gives that extra pow to the drums

i just always here bass plays around the drums and guitar plays around the bass and fills in that gaps so a good guitar to this will make it pop for sure

You're right. Bass can be fast, but it often doesn't have to be. The purpose of bass is to create a mood and rhythm that the listener can feel.
