First time at an actual structured song :o This track is based on a specific but fairly obscure '70s classic funk track (there's a clue in the title) which I'm not going to mention so as not to colour people's input. It's one of my other half's favourite funk tunes though. The idea is a simple groove but with the phrase punctuations which are pretty obvious. Structure is:

Intro & phrases: 14 bars (including no drums at start)
Verse: 10 bars
Chorus: 6 bars to drum stop for 2 bars
Verse: 8 bars
Chorus: 16 bars
Phrases: 4 bars to drum stop for 2 bars
Middle 8: 16 bars
Outro: 20 bars to phrased stop

I hope the arrangement isn't too awkward (say so if it is!).

I hope you all enjoy it!

Now I've uploaded, I've no idea what's happened to the click count-in. I've just checked the HD download and the count-in is clean but the MP3 one isn't for some reason.

I suggest you uploading a part of your tracks already made. Maybe some of them are structured !

Thanks, Tof. That's next on my to-do list. Take a couple of finished drum tracks and use them as a template.
