Marc pointed me in the direction of this great template of his. It's been sat for a while so I couldn't resist a go! Quite a tricky one though. I decided on a swingy-but-gentle dance beat. The template itself does wander a little bit between swing and straight, so I opted to swing it throughout. I hope it works.

Another fine template, Marc. I hope you like it!

N.B. Please note I added an extra 2 bars count-in at the start if ...

mpointon Thanks! I'd love to hear a track I play on as a 'whole' - musician's curse, I suppose. +2

Some fine horn-sections needed here, grooving bass and some vocals as they have in the band Incognito! :)+2

Marceys That would be cool ofcourse but see his play as some inspiration and learningcurve.... So jump in and play what you you feel! :) +1

mpointon Thanks, Marc and you're always welcome. It's a great but tricky template because of its minimalist nature - you have to imagine where you want to to go, which is great for pushing my creativity. I'm hoping giving it more a of backbeat will entice others to add :) +0

I remember this one, I made a full version with drum bass and guitar but never uploaded it cause... not so good.

Cool to keep it from the cellar (the attic is my place!)
