I think it's great, and the best thing is you made a selfless track. Many have a tendency to crank it up. But not on purpose, it's just natural to want your part to stand out.

Almost exactly. WE DO think alike :)
I did it for a while, trying different sound effects and crap, until I had enough and I hunkered down and produced something I could at least cover up with a reverb and chorus :)
And it still wasn't good.
It's a good thing you uploaded it because people can still hear that your timing and sense of intensity is great. HUZZAH +1
