This is a re-do of something I did a few months back. I know the poem as a song by Dick Gaughan and I went to see him in concert last week, as I do most every year. Two years ago, he was strong as an ox, but last couple of times he's been none too well. He didn't play this song this time, which is telling, as he often cites it as his favourite. This is my wee tribute to Big Dick, the last of the troubadors.
