I've been a member of Wikiloops for a year now. When I started, I set myself the target of writing one song per month, which is about one song per month more than I usually write. I managed to do it, with inspirational help from the people on this site and with varying levels of success, but I think this is one of my better ones. The original recording was very hissy. I have since learned how to do things properly: record the guitar with a metronome & lay vocals on top. But I thought "bugger that, it's Christmas!" This is recorded in one take. I put the instrument as "vocals", as that's the only way to include lyrics, but there's some guitar as well.
