Yes Olivebee, I almost always play my Takamine 12 string. My husband and I have many guitars but my main baby is my Takamine.As for the recording, this last Christmas, I was surprised with a new downstairs music room when I was expecting a spare bedroom to be done! I walked in to find my husband and friends had converted it to a small studio. My husband even bought a new Apple with Protools which is still greek to me although I am learning! I use a Helicon acoustic guitar processor for the sounds, A voice live 2 for vocals, I use a soundhole pickup from Dimarzio. We have numerous microphones from our band days but both of us consider ourselves "more responsible adults" now although Soap Operas and laundry are not my cup of tea. With the music room now, I don't have to record on an Ipad anymore. I tried to upload a photo of my music room on my profile but gave up because it keeps getting altered no matter how big or small I make it. TY! :) +2
