Ernie440 Hey thanks a lot J, I was debating when I did the main sections, whether to go with the kick and the snare but opted for the steady note thing in those two parts(sorry don't know proper musical terms) staccato? Opted for the (high hat?) thing Lenny had going on ... I don't know what the hell I'm talking about, lol! I just play by feel most of the time. haha +2

jaeusm Yes, you locked in with Lenny's hi hat playing straight 16ths. Several pro rock bass players have made their entire careers playing straight 8ths and 16ths. It just works, as it does here :) +2

Ernie440 Ok, thanks :), that's interesting about "bassing" your career on that style of play. Kind of funny but thinking about it .. you're right. :) +2

jaeusm The guy who epitomizes this style is Adam Clayton of U2. I think Cliff Williams of AC/DC does this as well (though I'm not as familiar with their body of work). +2

Ernie440 Yes, definitely U2 ... talk about effective one note repetition stylizations haha... laughing all the way to the bank ... yeah ... ac/dc .. @ times. :) +2
