Resonators are cool I never had one tried one in the shop once but you have to learn to play them since the sound is more stiff well maybe someday! Thnx brother! :) +1

petebass No res buddy, not until I can find somewhere to hide it from "she who must be obeyed!!" ha! only joking,no like you I use Acoustic and sometimes my Ibanez Talman elec acoustic, but I cant get a sound anywhere near to this, its real Ry Cooder sound, I love it:)Do you use glass slide, I use brass one +1

frenzie I use ceramic slide it is quite big bought online it is really cool I prefer it over metal or brass 2nd is glass :) +1
