Took Ken's Great Play with Ernie and added a little drive to my guitar. Now we're cooking!

I panned my guitar to the right which the middle to Ken and Ernie--but somehow Ken seems a little left. But it's got a great room ambience

Hey Gem, crazy good mix, and very nice track from all. Could do with a washboard now to round it off!

Thanks Franky--a benefit of doing tracks ampless---2nd benefit is that wife doesn't shut the session down because of all that racket!

Thats true..... My amp is a very small Fender Mini... not really an amp LOL , but it can make some noise :)

Yeah I have a Vox Lab pedal but it takes up soo much room on the floor in my space with the cables(input, stereo output, wall plug with a big transformer, it's just been super easy to just use the amps in Logic and tweak for the sound I need. And with this one it was great when KenMstar came back with a "harder edgier guitar that was causing mine to not be able to add the color, it was just an easy gain adjustment, and treble boost pedal and we we're in business. Also I'm really loving tweaking the adjustments of the setting on the timeline(recent addition to what I doo in my "post" playing or singing) It gives me every parameter of the effect(s) or amp and I can change over time the smae way I can change the Volume or the pan left to right. I wished I had been doing this years ago. I'm finding invaluable.

For example there is a part where I play on the more bass strings on this one, I think I brought the gain way up, also increase the reverb about twice the amount I was using and panned into the center of the "stage" because it had no cut, yet I didn't want it to color Ernies Bassline on step on Kens playing. Before I started doing this new technique I probably would have made a new track and duplicate tmy guitar and add a new effect and then sliced or fade in and out on both tracks. Lot of tracks, But the other way is so condensed and allows for smooth transistions into the next need "sound"--Been doing that on recent vocals especially with reverb wetness and dryness.

Yes, I do so in Cubase (the version for poor people) LOL. But it's great what we can do with it. You will listen it soon.... :D

my software only cost 100--when I bought my computer--the computer on the other hand was outrageous--and had to buy all new software--just beacuse a client had upgraded their software---and then in less than a year no more work from them.
