So was talking to a few folks about picking up derivative tunes in progressions that we write or play as a part, atop someone else's template/music. This one reminds me of Lay lady lay by the Nobel peace prize guy, and an XTC song off their 2nd album(slowed down by me to crawl compared to their young amped up playing) Also heard these chords in a riff the Adu played with Moor on a really cool song. It's what you do with the influence is what matters.
Wrote This in 2000. Have vocals but it's up here open!

TECHNICAL NOTES
two tracks
1st track
humbucker --thick and over driven(calledPhat on my ToneLabLE)
Piezo-Clean verb amp simulator and wah pedal
2nd track
Humbucker--Hall(clean with reverb and tremelo)
Piezo-Clean verb amp simulator and wah pedal
Midi line--Say Cheese Keys with Leslie effect and some verb(lots of verb)
