Thank you Craig. Meanwhile, I know that Hartmut uses steel sides for the bass and then nylons. This determines its unique dry sound. I used medium nylon strings. That creates the contrast. Now I wonder if harder strings might have fit better :) :) :)

I think whichever you use it's going to sound fantastic..It's just a matter of preference..Nylon strings have a natural sound (which i like) while steel is more crisp...both are great! I think it's a winner either way! ;o)
