Audio file-types available on wikiloops

Any audio played back on wikiloops is streamed in .mp3 file format.

When uploading a track to wikiloops, the creative user supplies either an .mp3 or a .wav audio file of the track to publish,
and may optionally attach a second file which only includes the added instrument by itself (so called "single track" or "HD attachment").
These single track attachments may be in high quality .mp3, .wav or .aif audio format.

When downloading tracks from wikiloops, the available file-type(s) and size(s) are displayed in the download dialogue.
