I was gigging in a club a number of years back.. playing away and a group of firefighters came past the front of the stage full gear hoses the lot.. the place was on fire and nobody bothered to tell us. Oh how we laughed....

hmm...funny stories? maybe one i can recall...
bass player forgot his strap to a gig, had to use his wife's purse...he sorta looped it around in a weird way, but it worked :D it looked funny, and i would always make fun of him for that whenever i would see him :)
