Tribute to SoulFingers
About this album
SoulFingers is one of the most talented guitarists in our community.
His melodic sensitivity and inventiveness in the themes he proposes cannot leave indifferent.
Especially since, just like me, he seems to have a predilection for South American rhythms (Bossa, Samba, etc...).
It seemed appropriate to pay tribute to him by publishing this Album which includes the few jams in which I could make my modest contribution.
Congratulations to the other colleagues in this compilation.

A fantastic selection of Michael's creations, with very talented friends supporting the work and, of course, Philippe's granite bass.
Honoured to be a part of it.

When Philippe told me about the idea of an album, I realized that I had never seriously thought about this idea before myself. And without all the support and creativity of the great musicians and friends on wikiloops, it wouldn't have been possible.
It's nice to hear all these old and new tracks in one compilation and relive the musical talent of all the wikiloopers.
Many thanks to all contributors for the great jams and especially Philippe for all the effort and your always reliable bass :)!

Wikiloops brings musicians from around the world to my home. How would we otherwise ever have the opportunity to play with all of these great musicians?
