the automatic log on via facebook went live last night,
including the updated help section.
Right now, the whole "log in with app" procedure is called for non logged in visitors, so in case you are wondering where to find it, please log out to discover it ;)
For a detailed review of what the app is about, visit the help section. With the app-settings-page built in, I think theres pretty much any option available to customise it the way you like.
