let me answer that right away - I had been thinking to write a little blog update anyhow. So, MrBlasted, what you ask for would be nice to have indeed, BUT is impossible to do technicly. Since all people who joined after the one you want to kick have recorded on top of a backing containing the instrument you want to remove, there are no mixes available.
If you would like to do have it that way, you would have to upload all possible remix variations when sharing a remix, which would be a lot of work really. Plain end, it wont work, and streaming several audio streams at once to create the desired mix in real time would produce big sync problems, so this simple way seems best... trust me, I have thought thru that...!

So what else is new? Baer shared jam 3000 today, and member 1047 registerred a few minutes ago. Nice music happening theese days, but a little quiet in the forums, people seem to be busy in the new year...
not much work on the code from my side, suffered a severe virus on my private netbook and spend some time gettin it back up... embarrassing, but that was a real tuff bugger. Thanks go out to basster for the first donation in 2012!!

I hope you fellows are still happy around, I have spent some time jammin lately myself and I must say it felt real good :D
